Refund policy

Reminisci Apparel will only accept returns of defective or damaged items on Reminisci.store orders within 14 days. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item in your order from www.reminisci.store.

All eligible items may be returned unless they were purchased on a final sale, at a discount or during a promotional sale.

Delivered orders are not eligible for return
No delivered orders are eligible for return.

Items must be unworn, and any altered or damaged items may not be returned.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hang tags and dust bags.

Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that if a return does not meet the above requirements, we have the right to refuse the return.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address above mentioned via Fed Ex, UPS, or insured Parcel Post at your local post office for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Reminisci is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.

Ensure your complete contact info with your return, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and reminisci.com order number. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.

Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from when the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. We will send you an email to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

All returns will be refunded to the credit card used to process the order or a bank account. 

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.reminisci.store. If you purchased a Reminisci item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
